Shipping & Returns

We ship all wedding rings using Royal Mail special delivery which requires a signature upon receipt. Please do check the address you provide with your payment. Generally we request 6 weeks for orders but can often have rings ready before this time. Do contact us if you have any questions or requests and we'll see what we can do.

Online shopping laws entitle you to a full refund if you are not happy with your purchase, you must notify us of this within 14 days and return the item within the next 14 days. We regret that if a ring has signs of wear or is not returned within this time we will have to make a small charge for refinishing and restocking. We will discuss this with you privately as each case will be assessed individually.

Any item that has been personalised, with engraving, by adding diamonds, or has been made specially to your specifications is not covered within this refund policy. We will always work with you to ensure that your rings are perfect before personalising.
