ORDERS AND DILIVERY

ORDER TIMES

Please allow approximately 6 weeks for ordering your wedding rings. This gives us enough time to ensure that your rings are the correct sizes and allows time for any alterations. Each ring is made to order, if you require your wedding rings urgently do get in touch and we'll see what we can do. Samples are available to ship straight away and will be sent within 2-3 working days of your order.

DELIVERY

Your rings will be sent to you by Royal Mail special delivery. This requires a signature, and ensures that they are with you by 1pm the day after sending.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We are happy to post wedding rings anywhere in the world at a rate of £9 to cover costs. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide the free "sample return envelope" option for international orders. If you would like to discuss options with us we are happy to guide you through the rings over the phone or via email. We aim to make the process as simple as possible for you. 

RETURNS

We are sure you will be completely thrilled with your wedding rings, however if you change your mind or feel they are not quite right for you, you have the right to return them as long as they are unworn, in the same packing. We ask that we are informed within 14 days of you receiving them and they are returned to us within a further 14days of you notifying us. Unfortunately personalised rings (rings where diamonds have been added, shaped or engraved) are not eligible for a refund. We will always do our best to help you and to try and resolve any issues.
